When entering codes the other day, I had one from a 24-pack of 12 oz cans post as 10 points instead of 20. I emailed MCR asking them to correct my point total, and got a standard "we'll get back to you" response. I still have not heard anything and no additional points yet. Has anyone had a problem like this and gotten a correction? How long should I expect it to take?

A 24 pack should be 20 points? I got 10 as well today, glad I read this board. I guess taking away all of the awards I want wasn't enough now they only pay half for the codes too.

Well, I think the site must be having problems...today I was only able to enter 2 codes before it would not let me enter anymore.
