It fixed itself for me late this afternoon. It says to use this link to enter your code for Fitness Magazine:

The free 20 oz. Diet has to be processed as a separate transaction. It is not automatic. You must click on the free Diet link on the magazine redemption page. It will show up as two separate transactions in your account history.

How does the ROO promo work? I have been trying to add it to my codes, but it doesn't work. Can someone please explain it?

Repeat all steps

I have gotten the roo points without having to sign in each time. Just type roo, then one cap code, then roo, cap code, up to 5 caps or day. Will let you know when you've hit the Max.

Ditto, no need to log on/log off between the ROO. Just make sure you get the '0 point' splash screen. Once in a while it will not give me it and I have to re-Roo.
