I got the free cokes though. Yeah, you have to act fast on this stuff. When they were giving the fridge packs a way back, I got 4 for each person in my family except the last person; they ran out while I was trying to grab them.

I generally only drink it when there are no other options, but I figure if nothing else, I'll use the coupons, hoping for overage, and then will freecycle the unopened bottles. :)

Thanks, and I am not so sure. I did it once and I may be missing points so better to have been safe....

Have done an experiment now and will see in 2 days what is up.

Those who had problems it might be a browser issue when you are advised you are not eligible for the promotion.

I am also missing some bonus points. The amount of bonus points missing is exactly the number points I should have received for the caps I entered on 3/3-3/4 (by checking My Account Points History). I would guess there was a cut off date for the caps entered for the first posting (~3/2).

I hope/assume that future postings will continue to occur (at ~48hr intervals) throughout the life of the promo (2/26/13).

I have also entered roo before every cap to be safe....

I contacted MCR about the 30 point redemption on 12/12/12 for the free 12-pack coupon that I never received.

Here is their "resolution"

REALLY? Instead of honoring their promotional coupon, they returned the points to my account? I went through their policies, and didn't see anything specific about situations like this (please correct me if I'm wrong or missed it!) but that is a poor resolution in my opinion. Is it so hard for them to send me a coupon? I think it's unfair how they didn't hold up their end of the deal and instead, refunded the 30 points that I cannot get a 12-pack with at this time due to their negligence.

Should I respond saying that the resolution is unacceptable, or should I let it go?

I don't really think it is their "negligence" that the coupon did not make it to you, it could be a variety of different things. In my experience, refunding the points is standard procedure.

Of course I would probably be annoyed as well, but I would suggest approaching them with a calmer tone. Ask nicely, and who knows, maybe they will send you two.

I can't see them sending magazines VIA Fed-Ex and the unknown tracking number is a huge help LOL. Must be a canned message for any prize won on the square pool.

On an unrelated note - MCR has been worthless in regards to the Sprite™ bonus points. When I called customer service they didn't even know that Sprite™ caps were offering (10) bonus points. Really, you don't know your own promotions? Still awaiting a response from them.

Can you again go over what this Sprite promotion allegedlly is? I thought it was just a chance to win something, not a lock on bonus points.
