happened to me yesterday but it may have been a case where I entered 5 codes Saturday night and then try to enter more (using ROO) Sunday morning. Tried it today, no problems. I assume ROO is on CST (Coke Standard Time - noon to noon??)

Do you know if this is for only diet coke. I have a bout 20 coke zero caps ready to enter.

The promo says it's for Diet Coke only -- unlike some of the recent promotions that included any diet soda (e.g., Fresca, Coke Zero, etc.).

I have had the exact same experience - After I enter ROO 4 or 5 times a day, I start getting a "sorry, you're not eligible" error message.

I've only tried entering Coke Zero caps - I'm saving all my Diet Coke caps for tomorrow. ;)

Heads up for everybody...I just finished entering my double caps for Valentine's Day...it appears only SILVER Diet Coke caps work. None of my white Diet Coke caps (from Christmas) doubled.

Were the white caps from December 2012 or December 2011? I thought white caps were limited in late 2011 through early 2012? Either way the splash screen does say ANY diet coke cap so I would call customer service.

MCR posted on the facebook page(about 9:30 CST) it was only grey caps. More BS by them, they should have had grey diet coke cap not ANY diet coke cap on the splash screen.

Mine worked, and I also entered ROO before them, in case Diet Coke works for that promo. :)

Great minds think alike! I had a whopping one diet coke cap (found it while jogging) and also used ROO. We shall see within a few days :-)

Yikes, when the page finally loaded it says I have 0 points. Uh.... I should have over 90...

Excruciatingly slow and connection timed out often. Now I am getting a message that I maxed out points for the week-which I know I did not reach,but the account info is now "temporarily unavailable".

It was a little slow but I had 4 (non diet) caps to use up with the ROO promo. Got them all in, and all caps were once again courtesy of litter bugs. I'll have to start keeping track of how many points I pick up from people tossing the empty bottles, with caps still on :-) With the ROO bonus, I have to be near 100 points so far this year. Picked up a 20 ounce coke zero and 2 liter Seagram's today, spotted them driving LOL.
