It seems to happen with me as well, but only when there is a Coke Zero promotion going on. Maybe it's to control how much they give away in the promo?

Has anyone gotten their 500 Hilton points recently? I was able to catch a second one just before they disappeared, but it has been weeks since then and nothing has posted to my account.

I read that MCR knows they have a problem with the Coke Zero Caps showing up as Powerade Caps. If you call them and explain the problem they should be able to help you. You will have to figure out about how many times this has happened before you call. They can only help out with the caps entered during the Kraft/Coke Zero Promotion which started on 7-30. I do not know anything about the am/pm Promotion.

Back in June and July there was a code you could enter and you would 10 bonus points each day providing you entered that code from AM/PM and 2 20-oz bottle caps. Seeing MCR was showing the codes as being from powerade I didn't get the 10 bonus points. There was also another promo in early july for bonus points on coke zero products and I didn't get those points either.

The only promo I remember was double points for coke zero and powerade caps. I had the same issue with coke zero caps being ID'd as powerade but I got the double points anyway.

Seriously - If the HHonors Account number was not transmitted to HHonors properly - That might also cause the problem. You might want to check with MCR to at least make sure the Account number was transmitted correctly. Doesn't make sense that I would get them in a week and you haven't received them after a month and a half. I hope you both receive your points soon. |
On August 21st, I did get the email below asking for my HH number again - so, as suggested by bongobadge, goes along with HH number not getting transmitted from MCR. But I have no idea which one of the 4 redemptions it was in reference to ...
I called HH (on 9/11) and they couldn't really help, other than escalating it to their next help level, from whom I was supposed to get a followup email, and haven't yet. Have to say, the rep was awesome, she credited my HH account with 2000 points, "Just in case the other points don't come thru. And if they do, you'll get them too." Very nice :) I'll still try the MCR customer care 866-674-2653 on Monday, to see if can figure out what's goin' on. Imagine they'll tell me I have to wait 4-6 weeks from 8/21. For me the Wal-Mart free photos code went to the www.walmart.com/summer page that showed it expired. "The trial code you entered has expired" (per T&C on 8/31/12). The MyCoke response was that it is valid to 9/30/12. Someone forgot to tell the WalMart webmaster. Will see MyCoke's next response.
