I have no patience with Cartera, so I emailed. This was their response:
Please be aware that it is too soon for your miles to post. Please allow 8-10 weeks, from the last day of the promotion 10/31/2012, for bonus miles to post to your account. If, after 8-10 weeks, the bonus miles have still not posted to your account, please contact Customer Care.
Thank you in advance for your patience and understanding in this matter.

Its funny to see the difference with this and Chase. The chase ones post immediately any time you call and make a complaint taht things are taking too long. This = great customer service. Mileageplus seems to be one run around after another.

I emailed them through the shopping portal site, which was just a form. But the response I received came from:

I uploaded the AA toolbar under the same Cartera t & c's ... nothing so far for the signup or the searches. It was about October or so, too. I'm on my second inquiry with Cartera to see what's up.
