Its funny to see the difference with this and Chase. The chase ones post immediately any time you call and make a complaint taht things are taking too long. This = great customer service. Mileageplus seems to be one run around after another.

This just came to me in the Mail;

As a courtesy to you, I am sending the 1000 bonus miles to be credited. Please allow approximately 2 weeks for this to post to your account.

My 1,000 miles have not posted, not my monthly miles for searching. This looks like more of the usual Cartera crap.

I just deleted their stinking toolbar.

I emailed them through the shopping portal site, which was just a form. But the response I received came from:

[email protected]; [email protected]

So you may have luck emailing them at those addresses. Hope that helps!

I uploaded the AA toolbar under the same Cartera t & c's ... nothing so far for the signup or the searches. It was about October or so, too. I'm on my second inquiry with Cartera to see what's up.
