Agreed. Usually they refilled their "out of stock" rewards at the first of the month or when the stock ran out, but they have been out of all denominations of the Marriott cards for some time now, and no indication of more stockage. I hope they're not dropping Marriott, since it was -- for me at least -- one of the more useful rewards.

There seems to be a massive devaluation of the value of points recently. Back when they started, a good rule of thumb as that a point could be redeemed for about one cent in value, then gradually it fell to 0.9 cents, then for a long while 0.8 cents.

Recently even MyPoints admits they're only worth about 0.7 cents apiece (their current Amazon offer equates 5 points to 3.4 cents, so just under 0.7 cents per point).

But when you look at the rewards, it isn't even that high! For rewards that most people can use (e.g., Amazon or Bass Pro Shop gift cards) it is about 1600 points to get $10 of product, which works out to 0.625 cents per point.

At this rate, it's hardly worth clicking when you get only 3 cents, and by using a shopping portal (like eBates or Fat Wallet) you can usually get more back on purchases, and in real cash (now that's a "gift card" you can use anywhere).

I'm thinking MyPoints may be about at the end of its road.

I ordered & received UA miles from Mypoints last month. Now I have a measly 14 mypoints. The Suave, etc. offers do sound tempting, but given Steph's & Counsellor's posts above, maybe I should just quit?!

I just submitted a customer service ticket for missing points and it looks like MyPoints has outsourced their customer support to zendesk. Let's hope customer service actually reads messages now and is a bit more prompt and accurate in their responses.

Wow I thought 100k was a milestone! I've busted through that, 110k now, from the Naked Juice (x3), Unilever (x3), Dr Pepper (x2)... Haha

Has anyone received any SurveyMail emails lately or been able to access Surveys from the surveys tab on mypoints.com?
