gift card redemption
 
It used to take 30 days to get a gift card reward. The last one I ordered arrived in three days! I hope this schedule is the new normal.

Ditto. Maybe companies such as Opinion Miles Club with their "instant UA miles" gimmick is putting pressure on the points game all together. Probably not but Boy would that be a nice change.

IHG at 15 points per $
 
For those who need to book res on IHG for the Big Win starting in Jan, MyPoints is at 15 points per dollar (normal is 5 pts/) when you click thru and make a reservation. The points post about 4 days after the stay, about the same time that the stay posts to your IHG Rewards acct. Double dipping.

I'm just kind of annoyed that two of my stays for Big Win 2014 have to be via mobile app so I can't get the full benefit of the extra dip.

15 points per $ is for bookings made through January 3, 2014, IIRC.

The mobile app T&C say "bookings made on any web or mobile app" count. The Big Win 2014 thread in the IHG forum seems to confirm this. fyi..


Is today the last day for the holiday spin game? I got 50 points today, when it has always only been 5 pts or bonus offers.

Does anyone still have the click-thru e-mail? I clicked thru with no booking, but need to make some now & the web site still shows 5 points per booking, unless I'm doing something wrong? Help please! Thanks!

I have a question regardings my points. they mention getting points through playing free games but whic are the free games and how do you find them? i have played these casino games with free 12,500 tokens but those games do not win my points? any help is appreciated.

I have noticed if you have pending points in your MyPoints account and you try to submit a receipt for a subsequent offer, they always send an e-mail back saying that the points are already pending. This requires me to have to e-mail them again and tell them NO, this is for a different offer.

I thought that it was just us! I finally had to send them a list of the ticket numbers and ask them which one had not posted. My Mother's account is still missing 2,000 points - but they said to wait another 30 days. At that point, I will send a list and ask which one is missing and to please post the points.

Lesson learned, complete offer immediately.

Having a back and forth now trying to explain that the product I purchased on 12/24 could not have had their points posted on 12/20. I suspect I am going to have to do the same thing as you and e-mail them when all is said and done.

When I send in the initial e-mail, I reference Pledge Offer #xxxxx. I then receive a response with:

Re - Pledge Offer #xxxxx [reference number]

I sent all of those as a list.

I know have an extra 2,000 points in my account. I want to e-mail them to take out the extra points, but it is so confused at this time that I am concerned that they would wipe all of the points!

In the meantime, my Mother has 3 of the 4 points posted, so if she does not get her extra set, then between the 2 of us, we have the amount that we should have received.
