When I search aa.com, I don't see this fare available. Is it still there?

In this case, it's worth it to use a travel agent. The fare may disappear at any time.

Use https://matrix.itasoftware.com/ and when you find a routing that works for you, head over to https://bookwithmatrix.com/ ^

Stageworks,
how did you get that routing? I can’t replicate the JFK part on GF or AA.com!

anyone have a guess as to how many miles this would credit to AA and or AS with no status on either airline?

thanks!

Try this link:

https://www.google.com/flights/#flt=...02*.USD.192102

Should be about 45,000 EQM on AA. Actual redeemable miles, not much on AA -- <10k because it's fare based. Definitely credit to AS if you're looking for RDM.

there's a way to trick AA to credit your fare as "Fare Unavailable" should earn around 6,900 EQD and 62,500 RDM ;)

edit: to trick earnings, the cost goes up to $2800

I think the issue is that for some reason GF is showing certain flight available when there is in fact no I inventory

Thanks, OP. Booked HKG-ICN-DFW-MEX-DFW-LAX-HKG. LAX-HKG SWU cleared at booking. Hoping for a schedule change between now and travel (OCT2019) to get on HKG-DFW or LAX for first leg so I can upgrade that flight to F as well.

How does one find out if there's a SWU? Is this due to planned aircraft change? Would appreciate your enlightening.

Is there something I am missing, that if this was issued on BA or AY stock, the distance rather than price rule would apply?

Use expertflyer and check for "C" inventory.
