I haven't done an exhaustive search but is Moscow the only Euro city with PE to LON?

BA only offers Traveller Plus on their longhaul planes, and DME gets a longhaul-configured plane (usually a 747).
Also available to TLV.

Unfortunately tho, originating in TLV is over triple and going from DME to TLV before the states is over double

Domestic legs book into full-fare Y.
CLT-FCO also available for $1470 +/-, with TATL flights via either JFK or BOS.
