That's a very good point.

I hope a lawyer in San Diego picks up on this, and gets all charges tossed against the folks who were rounded up - the entire operation was illegal.

Of course they might consider having some small amount of success in security at airports before encroaching on other facets of transportation.... but then that might be practical so you can't have that.
