Sorry if I don't get it -- is this whole thread a joke or are you actually seeking to purposefully provoke some kind of action or reaction from a TSO? If it's not a joke, don't you have something better to do?
I realize that many of us find the security theater annoying, some find it unconstitutional, and so on. Sorry for saying so, but this just seems stupid and childish. It's not "cute", it's unlikely to actually effect any change in the system, and it will likely slow down other people -- spreading annoyance to others seems far from a laudable objective.
However if this is all tongue-in-cheek and funny, then sorry I didn't 'get it'. In that case please move along now, nothing to see here.

Look at this a sting operation to weed out the bad TSOs.
As for changing the system, the only thing the TSA responds to is bad publicity. If the TSOs play by the rules there will be no bad publicity. You can trust I will give an honest account. If they do good I will say so, if they do bad I will say so.

The thread is not a joke. I do plan on providing the bad TSOs with enough rope to hang themselves. The good TSOs won't bother poking in sealed envelopes that obviously do not contain a weapon or explosive.

Ok fair enough.

Why would you summoning a law enforcement officer have any effect on him? You can't hold him while you wait on the cop, right?

Leave pair shoes at x-ray
"Will the passenger who left their shoes at security please return to the TSA security checkpoint to claim them"
The sad this is, I've actually heard this announcement. Most everyone at the gate either smirked or had a laugh when this came over the PA.
