I got a notification that my flight LAX-LGW in May has been canceled. I could pick to travel on the day before or the day after instead. I picked the day after, and was able to do it online seamlessly. My seats didn't stick though. I had to email them to let them know I had already paid for assigned seats and to please respect my seat selection without having to pay for them again. I got a reply two days later that they had fixed the problem for me.

It seems like they are reducing LAX-LGW schedules. I hope they do well. I have seen how this played out previously.

Norse Atlantic will be discontinued all MIA flights

Wow! Norse Atlantic will be discontinued all its MIA flights.

Appears they’ve taken an ax to their MIA services:

MIA-BER last flight is April 5th
MIA-CDG last flight is April 20th
MIA-OSL last flight is Sept 5th
MIA-LGW last flight is Sept 28th

Oh no! I was hoping for increasingly more

Thank you for the alert!

Sad. End of NORSE cheap fares to put pressure on other carriers to lower their fares to MIA.

Sounds like Norse’s cheap fares were below their ability to make a profit.

Just home from a one-way trip LGW-JFK on Norse. My first time, and I was happy with it. My fare came in at right around $200. Seating in coach seemed pretty standard. Lots of non-too-insanely overpriced food, drink items for purchase. Good entertainment options (watched a number of episodes of The Wire and Veep). Checkin at LGW South Terminal was straightforward. No complaints here.

LAX to CDG to Lyon

Looking at booking Norse Premium departing LAX July 1st. to CDG.

Anyone have updates on Wifi on that flight?

Also, we are continuing on to Lyon, any tips on TGV vs flying? It’s looking like about the same total time elapsed, door to door.

Thoughts ?

They don't have Wifi on their planes. I rather like it... 8 hours of being left alone
