Time frame for a Norwegian flex ticket refund
Today, I cancelled my Norwegian flex ticket which I paid a premium to book. The fare rules stated fully refundable. When I cancelled the ticket on line, it came up with a message that $XXX would be refunded to the original credit card. Just curious how long it will take.

I also cancelled on Sunday, but nothing yet. I live in the USA. I got a pop up message the refund will be applied to the credit card uses. Also on Monday I got the email with the cancellation. Hopefully by Friday.

My ticket was not a flex, but I couldn't find a separate thread for it.
I requested my refund on March 20th, and finally got an email April 30th to say it had been approved.
Still awaiting the money on my card though.
Good luck everyone.
UPDATE - money on my card May 2nd. Excellent.

Any updates on how long Norwegian is taking now for refunds. I cancelled a Flex ticket, which according to the email I received, is fully refundable but no refund showing yet and its been a week. XLD an SAS flight same time and refund already issued.
I can’t even find a US 800 number that works. Found a couple online but none actually worked.
