Any updates on how long Norwegian is taking now for refunds. I cancelled a Flex ticket, which according to the email I received, is fully refundable but no refund showing yet and its been a week. XLD an SAS flight same time and refund already issued.

I can’t even find a US 800 number that works. Found a couple online but none actually worked.
