Flying tomorrow, 5/26, BUDFRAPDX. We were unable to checkin for LH flight BUDFRA, however, we could checkin online for DE flight FRAPDX. Weird! Things have changed for the better!

For the LH flight- did you try the LH locator for the first flight? Assuming you were able to obtain it from LH.

There was just a glitch with our booking and just checked in at the airport.

Condor award availability with AS ends in August, but flights still show past then. Does it return later?

Is that a fact (ending of awards availability)? FRA - LAX 10/26 is available(and probably many more)

What I noticed (beside some flights being seasonal) that they seem to release some seats earlier and then a second batch later. Booked inbound FRA-PHX first and had to wait a few weeks afterwards for the outbound (2 weeks earlier) to be available as reward.

For Condor Business Class bookings connecting from another airline (eg. Lufthansa) on a Condor ticket, is the connecting flight still in Economy or has it changed to Business Class?
I can't find anywhere in the booking process where the class of the connecting flight is mentioned. I would have sworn they used to specify the connecting flight was in economy.

I REALLY wanted to like Condor as an option, but flight route cancellations and random assignment without apparent option to a new flight (2 days earlier with the cascading issues of all the other arrangements that need to be adjusted), we are a going to pass.

We had booked flex tickets and cancel/refund was handled promptly.

Which route was cancelled? I assume you talk about a surprise vs just not started flying again.

And aircraft changes happen at every airline (see BA ).

Original booking was FRA-YYZ direct Jan 22 2024.
This is no longer available so is a route cancellation IMO.

Did they sell you a ticket and then changed their minds?

yes- ticket issued; was able to select seats etc. Then received a flight update with a new date... glad we invested in refundable tickets.

They would have need to refund you anyway - which obviously doesn’t mean they would. This is where paying with a cc comes in handy.

Anyone have any experience adding a lap infant to a Condor flight booked using partner miles? I booked using Alaska Miles and they can't add lap infants to the reservation, but I know with most airlines it's possible to purchase a standalone infant fare directly from the airline and add it to the reservation. Hoping someone else out there has experience doing this with Condor.

Is there a Condor transit desk airside in FRA? Or if someone is arriving on an different airline, is it best to just enter the country to get a boarding pass?
