The service level has dropped big time.
When I worked there and a local Incircle customer bought a suit or dress we would deliver it to the customer for free(Either ourselves or hire a courrier)Last week my boss(big time In circle customer)bought a suit for her son(over $2k)and they wanted to charge her for local delivery-she ended up picking it up herself so that the son would have the suit.
Alterations on full price garments used to be free-now they charge.
Giftwrap is still free for Incircle purchases over $25.But now it is really a gift"box" and not a true wrap-and even that takes forever.

The level of expertise of the sales staff has also dropped.

Slightly OT, but does anyone know if you have to call InCircle to let them know your Amex # has changed? I recently lost my card, and made some rather sizable purchases on the new card without thinking about this... Thanks in advance.

well you do have to register initially, so id think you would have to update when it changes.

I am confused. If you have an American Express Platinum credit and have regester it with NM. Will all purchases regardless if they come from NM be applied toward the InCircle points?
What all can you redeem your Incircle points for? Can it be for clothes, shoes, etc.?

One of the redemption options will be a NM gift card. This has always been the most generous(If the most boring) redemption option since it is money that goes right back to NM's pocket.
Miles are an option. As are trips and merchandise.
