The service level has dropped big time.
When I worked there and a local Incircle customer bought a suit or dress we would deliver it to the customer for free(Either ourselves or hire a courrier)Last week my boss(big time In circle customer)bought a suit for her son(over $2k)and they wanted to charge her for local delivery-she ended up picking it up herself

so that the son would have the suit.
Alterations on full price garments used to be free-now they charge.
Giftwrap is still free for Incircle purchases over $25.But now it is really a gift"box" and not a true wrap-and even that takes forever.
The level of expertise of the sales staff has also dropped.
