Problems with Points.com . . . ZIP code?
Hello,
I just signed up on points.com to take advantage of swapping miles. When I logged on the day after signing up, it did not give me balance in my US Dividend Miles account but yet had a message to the effect of "The ZIP/postal code you provided is invalid. Please make sure it matches exactly the ZIP code on your Dividend Miles account". I did so, and it matches up exactly (I used both the 5 and 9-digit ZIP codes). Has anyone else had this problem? I e-mailed them but just got a generic response ("Thank you for your inquiry, we have assigned a file # to your request . . . " etc). Thanks!

see above thread and note information provided in my post #3.
good luck with them mate! I'd say get out of that program and try to avoid using it as soon as you can! Of course, when it comes to transferring miles between airline accounts that you find links for ON the actual airline web sites, this does work ok but it is powered by them, so I guess if you chose to do that and pay the fees for it, they win anyway. Everything else, though, I'd say RUN!!

Wow, just read through all those problems; thanks MM! Darn glad I didn't convert all those AMEX MR points to US DM's!
