HEALTHY CHOICE..... AM I THE ONLY ONE?

Hey guys,
Am I the only one or is
Healthy Choice extremely
backed up in there processing
for those mileage certificates
at 500 miles per pop? I sent
my REQUESTS to them back in
October 1999. And as of today
01-21-00 nothing. My email
request for inquiries get a
standard generic response(
you'll get a letter via snail
mail...) I did by the way make
zerox copies of all the
UPC/store receipts/Claim forms
just in case something like
this happended. I know they
outsourced this project(no
comment)... I guess I will
have to be PATIENT and wait..
Any suggestions on getting
them to move on my request? THANKS!

P.S. LOVED THIS PROMOTION BY THE WAY. IT WAS SO EASY TO DO.. SIMPLY BUY FOOD....

Mike

Mine have been showing up 6-8 weeks after I send them out. You are long overdue. In fact, I sent them 2000 miles worth in mid-November and received the mileage coupons last week. I have only 500 miles outstanding and those went out in late December.

I submitted three separate requests for mileage vouchers. Two of them arrived in 6 weeks, the third in 8 weeks. At this point, I'd give them a call.

I think a few "free Healthy choice meal" coupons should also be in order.

But don't be hungry, just get those miles first.

I think ConAgra had NO idea what Healthy Choice was in for with this promotion (like Mr. Pudding Guy's "small" effort!)

I called the customer service office today. I am waiting for 28,000 miles in certificates. I was told they ran out of certificates and as soon as they receive more they will finish fulfilling the requests. It may just be that they ran out of American? That is what I am waiting for. Hey, Pudding Guy - Did you clean them out of certificates?

I did'nt even think about that possibilty....
Perhaps my requests arrived at the processing center about the same time that "Pudding Guys" did and his "measly" little request simply "OVER WHELMED" them.. People probaly fainted, quit, WHO knows when his request came in. And MY request got misplaced in the caos perhaps??? I'm of course waiting for my 'favorite' airline certificates on Delta. I hope they have'nt run out of those... Thanks for YOUR concerns and contributions to this post everybody...

I hope the PuddingGUY got his pudding from MacFrugguls. A 6 pack was only 95 cents. How about those lunch packets? they made a coach meal on Indian Airlines seem like Le Bec Fin in Philadelphia.

After waiting 8+ weeks, I called Healthy Choice at 800-323-9980. In my experience, the people that answer those phones don't know too much about the promotions they're running. When I called, they just logged the complaint I didn't get my miles and told me it would take another 2-3 weeks for them to sort it out.

A month later, I got a form letter from Gage Marketing Support Services telling me they had "no record of my order." Gage is the company hired to process the frequent flyer miles promotion. Amazingly, this letter actually included their phone number: (612)479-4100. The letter was signed by Mary Sanderson, but I was always referred to Dolly when I called. I faxed copies of my receipts to her and she sent me the certs a couple days later.

From reading these and other earlier posts, it sounds like a relatively high percentage of people had difficulty getting their miles. My package which was sent registed mail to them and signed for by one of their employees was somehow "lost." My good friend's package was also "lost." In both cases, Healthy Choice came through for us, but what if we didn't have documentation?

Maybe the person who got my package just decided it was too much **** work to process that large of an order and "filed" it appropriately.

Thanks for the phone number for Gage Marketing. I left a message for them regarding a different promo offer and within a day, they returned my call!

Mike,

I agree if you've been waiting since October, it's time to pester them. However, think of all the infrequent flyers who saved their 10 or 20 UPCs to send in on December 29th instead of we "professionals" who mailed early and often! I'm guessing due to the backlog, my December posting won't be processed till mid-March...

Omni warning: I used to work for a company that processed (basically) insurance claims submissions. Our contract ended one December 31, and a few months later we got a call from the insurance carrier that quite a few of their customers hadn't gotten checks for claims submitted (albeit erroneously) to our address after January 1. When we investigated, the woman who had been doing the processing said she had thrown out the post-1/1 claims because we were no longer doing them - no letter, no forwarding, no nothing (effective that afternoon she no longer worked for us). Hope this didn't happen at Healthy Choice...

As 13 weeks had passed since my October mailing, I called Healthy Choice. Was told they were out of certs. Not just for American, but for ALL airlines.

Was promised they'd mail the certs when the airlines provided a new batch. Also told the mailing would (probably) include a coupon for a freebie HC product to say "sorry for the wait."

I too called Conaga again.. I was
told they have RUNOUT of mileage
certificates PERIOD... After asking
them WHAT are THEY going to do about
it? They said they were sorry...
"Sir BUT due to the overwelming
response" etc... I said eight weeks
was the promised limit... What's
GOING on?? I said "It will take more
than free healthy choice coupons to
make me happy" Have a message into
Gage Marketing too(HOW LONG?)...
Supposed to be twenty four call back
from Gage Marketing( atleast
according to voice mail).... The
saga goes on.........
