Most people aren't clarifying what "my account" means.
2k posted on 11/24 to my AA Shopping account.
It hasn't yet posted to my AA (airline) account. (That's obviously a separate transfer process.)

Mixed results here:
My 2 daughters, new accounts, 2000 posted each.
My son, old account, 1000 posted.
My husband and I, old accounts, the original transaction never posted so no bonus. Can't remember what I bought and I have to dig through my messy desk for the piece of paper and then deal with Cartera...
(Note to self, next time keep a digital record of promo purchases!)

When I log in I see the bonus posted there but it has not posted in my AA account yet.

My purchase was on 9/10, and that's all I see under Recent Transactions -- no bonus appears yet. My more recent purchases on 11/21 and 11/23 for the Holiday bonus aren't there, either. Kind of annoying.

The purchases I made for the Holiday bonus of 2500 miles are also listed and confirmed on the Eshopping page, but not the actual bonus posting. Nothing will post until after the bonus buying period ends on Monday. They should post by mid December on the Eshopping page.
I will not throw anything out until everything is safely in my AA FF account.

I would not say anything to anyone and I would just check my account frequently during your next few months.

It is strange that when I log in my aa shopping account, I see , "AADVANTAGE ESHOPPING SOLO BONUS - SPEND $35 AND EARN 2000 BONUS MILES 09/30/2013 11/24/2013 $0.00 2,000 Confirmed
