2K posted today...I've yet to ever have a problem with Cartera, hell even my GC purchases that shouldn't even count continue to post miles.

Maybe I'm one of the lucky ones...

Yes, but did you use very large letters?

I decided to email them about the missing purchases in November, since it's been three weeks and they haven't shown up on the AA eShopping site. I hope they respond quickly. It's less than 2K total but every little bit helps.

Got an email today from Aadvantage shopping that I may qualify for the Go over and Above Holiday bonus that ended 12/02.

Another 8-10 weeks of waiting for my 1500 miles.

Hope I remember.

aadvantage FB rep lied to me by saying the bonus miles was posted already on Dec 2nd. I checked and the only mile posted is miles for regular purchases not the e shopping purchase. They ignored my PM for 3 weeks. Now they responded with a lie

The 2K miles posted to my aadvantage eshopping account sometime in the past 24 hours, after I got an email yesterday (10 days after sending an email inquiry). It was marked "Courtesy", so I suspect that I wouldn't have been credited if I hadn't contacted Cartera.

In my opinion, the business practices of the company you mention are shoddy and unscrupulous.

I am not allowed to post that again; my post has been removed by the moderator. He sent me the section in Flyertalk's terms that I supposedly violated. This was what was sent to me, with the explanation that providing contact info for Cartera executives is not permitted on flyertalk:

When I pm'd the mod and also his administrator seeking clarification on the language, my repeated attempts to understand the policy went unanswered.

All I can tell you is that the information I posted previously was all found online. It is all public information. It was not my intent to violate FT policy. So you may have to do some hunting...

I do feel that the section of the policy that they referred to - doesn't apply. But since they will not answer me I can't be sure. I just know that if I post the information again, they will ban me.

I sent an email,received reply after a few days and 2000 miles posted within a week.A few days ago received email that qualified also for 2500 miles promo.Just bought a phone to qualify for 3000 miles promo.
