SO and I received 6k UA each from accounts registered in early Sept. have another 2k in bonuses pending from late Sept. plus $50. each which can be withdrawn in Dec. I'm assuming

Got this email today.
"We're making two changes related to your Capital One® ShareBuilder® account because we've decided to discontinue all our airline partnerships, not just United®.
First, starting today, you must access your account through sharebuilder.com. You can no longer reach your account through ShareBuilder's exclusive site for United MileagePlus® members.
Second, starting October 25, 2013, you will no longer receive miles for your activities with ShareBuilder."

That is what I would assume according to the verbiage on the email. No more miles after the 25th.

Even though it appears they've been trying to end their mileage relationships for awhile (hence US/DL offers already pulled), I would imagine those of us who signed up for several accounts didn't help the cause 
I think I came out +6,000 miles and about $240 after a couple $5 stock transactions.
