3. I didn't take a screenshot and the offer was pulled from the website in couple of days after it was posted here, I don't have faith that it will be honored.

4. It is just a simple question, I don't think anyone will treat a simple question as a crisis (at least i wont).

Problems in the past don't justify presuming you'll have the same this time, nor jumping the gun. Despite what you were told, the stated posting time in the T&Cs has not passed, and contacting them before it has simply utilizes resources needlessly. Wasting resources simply encourages fewer offers in the future.

I wish this rule applies everywhere in life, especially to auto insurance.


You are absolutely right....In the past you didn't get miles doesn't mean you wont get now. Also in the past you got miles doesn't mean you will get now. In the past you got miles within few weeks after making a purchase (irrespective of T&C) does and doesn't mean that you will get it or you won't.

I don't think US (or any business for that matter) will let their customers utilize resources needlessly if it becomes a repeating issue. If they do, probably they shouldn't be in business.

Has anyone heard anything about these miles since Sept 30? I signed up on 7/21 and wondering if I should contact DM. Thanks

Here we are a month later with no-one reporting receiving any miles. I think we can cross this provider off our "considering using their product" list.

Not only have the miles not posted, but DM shopping mall seems to be ignoring us. I sent a request weeks ago as did other posters and haven't gotten a reply.

You have to really stay on top of these guys. Watch your balance closely, sometimes you have to babysit for these types of miles!

Soooo... these miles still haven't posted. Probably because of all those "resources" they wasted by not answering our e-mails.

Now that the DM mall is run by Cartera, you may as well give up on getting any responses. They run UA and AA malls, and I have never seen worse or more clueless retail operation. I have several inquiries from the UA mall that are now 8-10 weeks since initiation (and another 4-6 still since the actual purchase) with no response other than the initial automated acknowledgement. Suffice it to say that I have no intention of ever purchasing anything via any of those.
