Why would you contact them before the posting period has passed? Did you expect them to treat it like a crisis given that the weeks stated in the T&Cs hasn't yet elapsed?
1. I don't have to contact them if every offer is honored as per T&C. I had to contact them many times asking for missing miles.
2. The Sep 30 deadline I was given is based on 60 days from the date of purchase (not based on T&C, Good luck to all with the T&C).
3. I didn't take a screenshot and the offer was pulled from the website in couple of days after it was posted here, I don't have faith that it will be honored.
4. It is just a simple question, I don't think anyone will treat a simple question as a crisis (at least i wont).
