I'm not shopping via AAdvantage Mall again until my miles from a March Nike.com purchase post. I've already dealt with them via email and sent them receipts but have heard nothing

I don't fly a tremendous amount so other than the dollar coins, I really use the shopping portal to earn most of my miles so this is a real sore point with me.....
Last night I added up all the points I should have received so far since March. I am closing in on 10,000 but have less than 1800 plus about 2000 pending. That is less than 50% posting for me. Dismal. However, to really give me a kick in the teeth..??? I returned an item that "should" have been credited but wasn't. Well, in 2 days time they gave me NEGATIVE points!!!
I have been filming all purchases as I have made them (which is just crazy sounding) and I have contacted AA and they seem to be unwilling to make this right. I am completely fed up... I will use up my 75k free miles citi gifted me this week and will find another airline.

I started using AA shopping 3 months ago. So far every purchase have been registered correctly. Except for 1 gift card purchase from Sam's Club, which might not be eligible purchase (but there is no exclusion for Sam's Club).

AA needs to fix the mess that Vesdia has created and perpetuates. About 30% of our transactions never post and promises by Vesdia to "research" the transaction languish in their system. Did anyone else notice that when Vesdia responds to a query, it lists AA customer service as the email address. In order to reach a live person at Vesdia, one needs to call AA's customer service who can then patch you through. Why is AA tolerating this???
Any decent code writer can create a system that links purchases to miles. I'm fine with waiting 30 days or so to see if the goods are returned before posting, but after that, there's no reason that miles can't be posted daily or at least batched weekly.
C'mon, AA, you can do this.

Seems like the only transaction that posted quickly (within 3 days) for me was the one where I got refunded shipping for late delivery. Sure it takes 3 months to credit a large purchase, but for an $8 refund, they're all over that

I don't think I've ever had a problem with miles not showing up. Sometimes they are faster than other though, as many have said. Best deals to me are when you can buy giftcards and then just use those in store whenever (like Home Depot).

using the AAdvantage Eshopping site.
