I looked at EK347 on Flightradar24 for Sunday 6 January. It was operated by A6-EVA. That’s a two-class A380 (according to airfleets.net).

Regarding A388 : only flights 03:30 EK346(DXB->KUL) and 19:10 EK347(KUL->DXB) are operated with 3 class version of 388 and until end of February only, after that no more first class on A388 on this route(they switch to 2 class version of 388). If you are on these flights till end of February then you are fine and shower is waiting :-)...(if the tickets are honoured as they are right now...).

What about the 777. I booked it cause I thought it was the new suites but I think they are not.

I can’t buy a single first class ticket for KUL->DXB or DXB->KUL for any date in January. Contacted Emirates and asked if there is first class on flights tonight - they say it is. Also my seats are in first class. But it does not exist. I will head to the airport in 12 hours and try to check in, if there is no first I will cancel my ticket (cancellation possible until 23.59 PST 07.01)

I would be super pissed if it is 3-class A380. I cancelled probably my only chance to experience EK first class.
I don't have expert flyer account and what I checked is the flight history of A380 between KUL and DXB and cross-checked the plane setup. Seems all 2-class so far.

If there is no way to buy a ticket in first class (even on Emirates site directly) that means there is no first class service. That means that even if there is a 3-class plane, you can seat your butt but there will be no first class service. No caviar, no shower, no nothing.
