Am I out of luck, as I assume this can't be updated?

Not one of my finest moments
I did this a few years ago when booking a LAN ticket on a Spanish website. I had to send in a copy of my passport and they were able to change it for me.

One of the booking on hold is for my two parents it's a one way ticket and I will pay for it now. But looks like the dates I selected are not ok for them. Obviously it's too late to change the dates so I was thinking about paying now and try to change the dates online. In case this is unsuccessful, I guess I can still get a full refund of those tickets right ?
Considering the fare conditions say so and that I am using the US website...

Well, grabbed 1.5 of these. DL stock and flight numbers -- not sure if that will make much difference (vs AF flight numbers) in honoring these.

Someone at AF (or DL?) is gonna have quite a headache sorting this one out...

I've learned my lesson - there are times when the deal is so good that you just have to book it first and ask later . I just realized that I booked my week overlapping a family reunion I am supposed to go to. We'll see how it plays out..

You'll be able to cancel penalty free with these fares, but you won't be able to change things without paying the difference between this mistake fare and the normal P fare - which means you're on the hook for an easy five figures.

Damn I did it too lol... oh well. I can't see how it would be an issue. Lots of Tickets print names in various orders. Think I'll just call and add the middle name.

haha I've stopped even waiting on my wife to reply - I just book 4 different dates, and keep only the one that works with her vacay days.

exactly, this was essentially the holy grail of mistake fares. fully refundable, leaving little excuse for not booking several based on hypothetically feasible dates.

says the guy who only booked one but at least it's on a date i know i can use it if it's honored.

right, for really hot fares you have to up your game.

I missed a couple of good fares a few years ago playing this game and adapted in much the same way.
