Vayama says they don't have control over the booking and to contact AZ directly.
Shall i really do it, or continue to push vayama? Thanks.

Contact AZ. You've nothing to lose. I was refunded in 3 days. AZ seemed pretty clued up but I was about 40 minutes on the phone while the refund was processed.

Both my refunds from Expedia and Orbitz have yet to post into my CC. I am surprised that some report a quick refund process while I still have to wait

Hi guys,
I've already flown outbound using this error fare (FLR-FCO-NRT) 12/12, probably before AZ took actions. Now, i have inbound left, which is ICN-FRA-DUS next Sept, and it still shows my reservation is alive. Not really sure if I will be able to use inbound ticket next year, and if I can't, I really hope I can get somewhat refund... what's your opinion?

They can not touch the ticket in which part of the flights has already been flown otherwise theywould pay compensation

I got the refund from AZ but Expedia are being difficult about refunding the booking fee....

Booked reservation from TravelUp. TravelUp saying they can't get ahold of the airline, but I can call. Called AZ, after a LENGTHY statement read by the agent, said the tickets were paid for in cash by the OTA, contact them, however, they will cancel them, however they are fully refundable, or if I'd like to travel in Business from FLR - DUS via ROME I can take that option. DONE with the phone calls and back and forth at this point. Just moved on to AmEx to issue a charge back. Will see how this plays out.

I called Amex It to begin the procedure of Chargeback, because expedia.it told me that they still don't know how to solve it. Amex told me that at 90% the chargeback will be refused and that would be really better if i go ahead with Expedia.
Any similar experience ?

I got the refund of the booking fee ASAP as an "exception" since the airline ruined my flights.

Had 3 Tix. 2 of them were refunded nearly immediately ( AZ direct, Ex.de), but one from ebookers.co.uk not hit my cc yet. Ebookers says it take 2-12 Weeks.

I had my ticket butchered the other day with removal of AZ longhaul flight, however checking today this has been reinstated, booking looks same as originally booked. This was booked on ebookers.co.uk and I have not receiced any e-mail notification yet. Someone had too much Christmas turkey?

I e-mailed expedia.de, they asked me to call, which I did, but evidently, AZ was not open, and was asked to call back when AZ was open...

Fail to see why they make it so complicated, perhaps because AZ control the ticket? It does show on the Saudi site as being exchanged/reissued
