For each request, please include the following information:
Departure Airport:
Miles Needed:
Required Spend or Budget:
Available Travel Dates:
Required Metal or Codeshares okay*:
For each response. Please quote the original request. DO NOT START A SEPARATE THREAD.
----
NOTE: there is not much time left in 2017, given that travel tends to be expensive around holidays. You will have greater chances of success if you have greater flexibility on travel dates and cost. If you need a lot of MQMs on weekends only for < 5 cpm it probably won't happen.
Other creative possibilities depending how many MQMs you need:
----
*"Required Metal or Codeshares" is, approximately, asking whether you need a flight operated specifically by Delta or if partner flights are ok. If you are just looking for MQMs to hit a Medallion tier the normal way, then the answer is yes. If you are doing a status challenge, the answer is also probably yes, but read the T&C of your challenge carefully to be sure (for the regular status challenge the answer is also "yes")
NOTE: some partner flights earn MQMs at reduced rates. See this chart for more info.

Other creative possibilities depending how many MQMs you need:
- signup bonuses for various DL-branded AMEX cards (usually have a spend requirement)
- if you already have planned travel, consider buying up (in advance, not at check in) for 50% MQM bonus and more flexible same-day-confirmed options which are another way to increase MQMs
- Hilton 250 MQMs per stay of 2 nights or more
- if you are close to a threshold Delta often will offer a buy-up (at exorbitant prices). 2016 thread, and speculation/anticipation thread for 2017

Required Spend or Budget: ~$1000

Required Metal or Codeshares okay*: Umm.... translation please?! (first time doing a run!)
I believe booking Comfort+ or FC gets a bonus as well, right? If so, that could be a possibility if a decent value.

Dec 29 - 31, LAX-JNB, $1387, about 21,000 miles
Bookable on Delta.
Required Metal or Codeshare is asking what airline(s) you are willing to fly. e.g.. only Delta or also SkyTeam partners

There is an LAX-JFK-SJU-JFK-LAX option on 12/26 - 12/27 with Z fare outbound and J fare return (100% MQM bonus for full J) for $1511.60 that would earn 14253 MQM's.

2642 miles needed out of PDX
Hi everyone,
I am in need of a minimum of 2642 miles to bump up to the next level this year.
I only have Saturday Dec 30th to fly or a red eye on the night of Fri the 29th.
I need this on DELTA and out of PDX. I can take 2 direct flights to MSP and back for around $650, but I am sure there is a cheaper and better way.
Thanks for the help guys.

16636 miles needed out of DSM or MSP
Hi everyone,
My father needs a minimum of 16,636 miles to reach the next level on DELTA.
He can fly Dec 27th-the 31st (obviously completion on the 31st), He doesn't really care where or flight segments, but obviously the less the better. Budget is something reasonable.
Interested to see what you guys can come up with.
Thanks!!

If you need 966 MQD's, be aware you'll need to spend about $1080 due to taxes. CHI-SFO is available for $1096 in First Class on 12/27. CHI-PDX would be another option on 12/27 for $1086. Can't really see this being worth if for Silver.

BUF-BOS-MSP-ANC-SEA-HNL-LAX is $1122 on 12/29 - 12/30 and earns 10823 MQM's. I doubt you can find anything under $1K.

Miles Needed: 8,082
Required Spend or Budget: $600

Willing to travel anywhere, number of segments doesn't matter. Can also split between 2 $300 flights if that's an option.
