"It seems American Airlines have already caught on, as the Brazilian site is currently under maintenance.
When you select the Brazilian version, you are prompted with a “Down for Maintenance” message. Simply, open a new tab and visit the American Airlines website through a Google search. The Brazilian version of the site will then successfully load."

This just worked for me.

I see the fare and currently have a couple on hold. When I try to use a US Address for credit card payment it changes the price to a couple thousand. Anyone have any tips how to bypass this?

I am seeing R$11.689,20 BRL for same dates on AA.com with brazil site. How much is that in USD ??

Not exactly, because brazilian law is different.. they have to honor the fare if it tickets..

I didn't.. my CC is brazilian, I live in Brazil..
