Flight Changes
Many changes have been made due to Etihad schedule changes. In some cases, connecting flights are being swapped to nonstops. Some have been able to get this changed back by calling Etihad, others have not. You may have to repeat call / HUCA to get it switched back.

As many of you i have booked flights with EY for the fall.
JFK-CDG-AUH-MNL
the JFK-CDG is EY codeshare and AA operated. O - fare
CDG-AUH-MNL is E - fare
After reading around alot and trying to understand the mess on the website, being an etihad guest member seems like the best option. For AA portion ; no tier miles for EY but 100% guest miles on codeshare flight, although not sure if tier status will be added for this segment (25-75% depending on tier). For the CDG-MNL part that flies on etihad metal E gets 100% tier miles and 50% guest miles + whatever tier status bonus you have.
My one concern is for the baggage on AA metal part, EY flight is 30kg + tier status. Looking around on both websites of AA and etihad there are mixed answers. either just 1 bag of 23kg and second bag is 100$. But one part of EY website mentions that baggage rule that applies is the following ;
What is the baggage allowance for tickets booked via Etihad Airways when one of the flights within the booking is operated by a codeshare partner?
For such bookings, the baggage allowance of the airline that operates the longest flight within either your outbound or inbound journey will apply. For example, a multi-destination journey from Abu Dhabi to Bali (with transit in Jakarta) and return from Jakarta to Muscat (with transit in Abu Dhabi), the following baggage allowance is applicable:
Outbound: Abu Dhabi to Jakarta (operated by Etihad Airways), Jakarta to Bali (operated by codeshare partner). The longest flight time is Abu Dhabi to Jakarta, so Etihad Airways’ baggage allowance is applicable.
Inbound: Jakarta to Abu Dhabi (operated by codeshare partner), Abu Dhabi to Muscat (operated by Etihad Airways). The longest flight time is Jakarta to Abu Dhabi, so the codeshare partner’s baggage allowance is applicable.

Even though "camsam" did not get an e-ticket number all might not be lost. I once had a similar situation where I did not receive an eticket but the credit card charge had posted to my credit account and was later reversed. I was able to argue that a purchase had occurred once my credit card was charged even though the charge was later reversed. An E Ticket is one way to prove a purchase but its not the only way. Check to see if you see a charge on there. If so take a printout now.

Go to https://www.virtuallythere.com and enter your etihad confirmation number and last name. Once it loads on the right column click "View eTicket Receipt" It will be listed as "Fare Basis" under the far right column labeled "OTHER NOTES"
Mine is: Fare Basis EHOT3MUS, it means E?

I am booked on ORD-CDG-AUH-CDG-ORD. Currently, I only have JetBlue points as I used points.com to move all of my miles to them. I also have a handful of Southwest miles.
I don't fly American by choice, so AA miles are no good to me. I'm also a college student, and so highly doubt I will be flying on Etihad again in the near future...unless they pull one of these deals again! I did join Etihad's FF program...but would I earn Etihad miles for the American operated flights? I went through most of the posts in this thread and got mixed answers.
What would be my best option to get miles/points from these flights? If I could somehow (points.com?), someway move the miles into my B6 account, that would be preferred.
