Interesting. According to seatguru, the AF 744 doesn't have an 8H or 8J in Business or Economy.

That matches AF's seat plan:

I'd check to see where you're actually seated.

They are the final row in J on the starboard side.

8K and 8L, then.

Not trying to argue about seats, just trying to help avoid expectations of sitting in Business in what appears to be phantom seats.

Where did you reenter the DL numbers? On DL's site? Hope they stick for you! When's your flight?

Miles Not Posting

Has anyone had miles from this trip successfully post to their Skymiles account? I have had 1 of 4 legs post, the rest are showing 0 miles. Do I need to work with AM to get this corrected or can Delta do it somehow? The request mileage credit link didn't work. All flights were AM coded, Q-class. 2 Operated by DL, one by AF (posted) and one by AM.

Thanks

Only half of my trip posted (outbound) . The other half shows 0 miles. I put in a request for missing miles 8 days ago but have not heard anything yet.

Have you flown this route? Did your miles posted to your accounts?

Question

Did fly this route 2x in November (had to be in Paris) and for the first trip early November only the miles from the outbound legs have posted. The return AM legs are not even showing and no miles have posted.
For the second trip starting November 13th no miles at all have posted - all 4 legs show 0.

Anyone know what's going on ?

Apparently AM miles do not register or post automatically.
I faxed my boarding passes and voilą, missing miles posted within 24 hrs ^

Ok. So who did you fax your boarding passes to - Delta or AM? Do you have the fax number handy?

Thanks

Perhaps you could do a quick search for the fax number - might not take more than a few seconds to find or you'd have to call in to the Medallion line for assistance, as I did.

Anyone had any success being upgraded to J on AM3/4 for being SkyTeam Elite Plus?
