Can get PRG/WAW-CDG-ICN-NOU-ICN-CDG-WAW/PRG-XXX to show up, but as soon as I try to put a stopover on the return in ICN the price shoots up. Stopover and 3rd strikes not compatible?

If I book now and want to change the date to the future will it be possible for the same fare or will I need to pay the difference?

Code:
THIS FARE MUST NOT BE USED AS THE HIGH OR THE LOW FARE
WHEN CALCULATING A DIFFERENTIAL. THIS FARE MUST NOT BE
USED AS THE THROUGH FARE WHEN PRICING A FARE COMPONENT
  WITH A DIFFERENTIAL.
         NOTE -
THE FARE THAT APPLIES ON THE DATE OF PURCHASE
IS ONLY VALID FOR THE ENTIRE ITINERARY AND THE
SPECIFIC TRAVEL DATES MENTIONED ON THE TICKET.
ANY MODIFICATION MAY REQUIRE THE PAYMENT OF AN
          ADDITIONAL AMOUNT.
What does the above mean? It doesn't have any voluntary changes section but can this be used by AF to make you pay the fare difference if I want to make a date change?

If the fare disappears you won't be able to make changes without triggering a fare increase (even on unrestricted fares), however, once you fly the first segment on the itinerary then that locks in the price that you paid and you can make changes based on the fare class.

Thanks! So if I fly WAW-CDG and stopover for months I'll still be able to shuffle the remaining flights around, right?

If anyone would be kind enough to explain this conundrum to me I would really appreciate it.

TIA

Aha, good to know. That means that you need to fly WAW-CDG and then in CDG you will be able to extend the following flights for several days/weeks/months without paying any extra?

Hmmm... But is this really the case? Remember, it says

For a change before or after departure, in addition to any applicable change fee, the passenger must pay any difference in fare which may apply at the time of re-issue.Ticket must be reissued prior to the departure of the original ticketed flight.
