PLEASE do not post this on SD/FW! As someone who tries to contribute to this thread, I would really prefer if the fare to MAD that I found isn't spread all over because I am waiting for a family member to purchase it still. I want to help others out, but I also want this to survive.

I agree with keeping fares here, not on SD/FW, but this MAD fare has been around awhile; I posted it 02 December in the "Good Deals in economy class..." thread (my post has since vanished, I assume because it was supposed to be in this thread). You have to book these fares quickly, as they don't always last long. However, this one is still alive and kicking, at least from SEA.

I did learn a lot from that thread and enjoyed the end of L*N days, but A A opportunities disappeared just as I was warming up. However, as my loyalty can always be compromised by a great price, I kept in touch.

The thread isn't indefinitely closed, the mod clearly stated that they are discussing how the thread can and should be reopened. I brought up the issue to mod's ( and others i'm sure) that the thread was in need some someone editing the overt city pairs, etc.......
I'm glad they are doing their due diligence to examine all that the thread was, is and can become.

Going into details just a little, IMHO that thread should be archived with something like 2008-2009 added to the title.
A new 2010 lounge thread should be started, and restricted to de@ls alone.
Meta discussions like this one should be kept out of that thread, although they may be limited to another lounge thread.
In other words, I'd want a "Speci@l Opportunities" lounge, and an "About Speci@l Opportunities" lounge.
The phrase "Spl ops" is chosen because future special ops may not have anything to do with fd, o*bit*, Xp.**, n*goti@ting, or m*rti@l @rts, or anything specific like that.

Can somebody please tell me where to find the " GOOD DEALS" in ECONOMY.that everyone refers to.
I only see "GOOD DEALS" PREMUIM
Whenever I post good ECONOMY deals in MILEAGE RUN DEALS, the posting gets moved to somewhere else.
