A quick check of ITA shows fares under $500RT AI for any day in June. Not sure what you're looking for that's driving the price up.

Anyway, this thread is for posting fares that have been found, not necessarily for asking for help finding them.

Hm, looked at my post again, and noticed the LGA-HEL-LGA part. Should have caught it then, so my bad

AA started TWO new nonstops with intro prices, which UA/CO matched within a couple hundred bucks. Close enough for me, I will visit Slovakia and Czech Republic, maybe a day in Budapest

BUD is very close to where I want to go, and used a 20% off cert

So my guess is someone confused intro LGA-BUD and ORD-HEL, perhaps adding to the confusion now expired KL economy sale to HEL which was very, very cheap, perhaps the abovementioned $693 all in price.

My apologies if I added to the confusion

Etihad flash sale ex UK e.g. Bangkok £442, Bangalore £410, Cape Twin £527

Not great but may be of interest to some. Book by May 9 for departure by June 14. Fares are ex Manchester. People I know who've used Etihad were very impressed with its economy service.

I still don't really understand about these specific cities. What prices were in fact available for ORD-HEL or JFK-BUD in August, when were they on sale at AA and for how long, or were they on sale via another website?

I posted here on may 1st about the JFK-BUD fare which was on malev and the LGA-HEL fare which was on AA. Fares like that aren't going to last long and especially not till may 5th when you posted.
Cheers

My money is on Spirit, they have fares like that on occation.

Allegiant does not fly to Dallas, only to two cities in south Texas (McAllen and Laredo IIRC).

Flyer beware, so FF program to speak of and "prereclined" seats

Still, at that price ....

Just booked PDX-AMS July 1st to July 5th on CO thru IAH for 852. Decent flight times allow 3 full days in AMS. Same price from SEA and routing is also possible thru EWR from PDX and SEA.

Good price since my friends spent $1350 each to book the same fare a few months ago,

does CO give a refund for lower price ?
