Looking for an LNF rate for October 26 - October 30 for any of the downtown Montreal hotels: Marriott ($257 Can), Renaissance ($224 Can), Delta ($244 Can), Residence Inn ($207 Can) or Courtyard ($246 Can).

I would like to get some feedback before I book this since it is a non-refundable rate. I am looking at a Renaissance hotel with breakfast included prepaid rate. I have found the rate from the SAS airline site is lower than the rate on the Marriott site for the same day, prepaid including breakfast. Does this come under the LNF rate guarantee? If not I will book the hotel through the SAS site rather than through the Marriott site.

I had about 10 attempts trying to get a LNF rate in Bangkok and Hua Hin (I decided not to go to Hua Hin). Any help would greatly appreciated!
Date: Nov 1-5 (can be any # of days)
Hotel: JW/Ren/Marriott Soi 57
Rate: Depending on how many nights (rate quoted in THB and it's net rate), for 1/2 nights the rate is 4500 (best flex non-member rate) for the Ren and Soi 57 and . For 5 nights the JW is 4745/night, Soi 57 is 4067/night and the Ren is 3999/night.
All the OTAs I have looked at are selling at the same price as Marriott.com (with minor currency fluctuation that I'm sure Marriott will use it as a reason to turn it down).

I am looking for Marriot Quebec City for 13th and 14th night for 4. I am getting rate of $178 + Fees . I have a friend in Marriot but not sure if it is even worth the saving.

I've had some success with LNF this year but it's dried up recently so any help with websites that have led to successful LNF would be appreciated.

I am new to this whole LNF search enterprise, but would really really love it if someone could help me find a lower rate for Key West Marriott Beachside Hotel, 1 night, check in Dec. 26th, and current best rate I see on Marriott website for a guestroom is $579 (regular rate) or $567 (Marriott Rewards Member Rate). Not sure what the difference between the two rates is, but neither requires pre-payment. THANK YOU!!!
