Which Marriott in Burbank?

Which Marriott in Burbank?
I have two nights in Burbank. One night I am spending at the FS Marriott, but the other night that Marriott is sold out. So I have the choice of:
Courtyard Burbank
Residence Inn Burbank
Springhill Suites Burbank
Courtyard Old Town Pasadena (a bit far but I guess if it's worth it)
Price is about the same. Yes, CY Burbank has no free breakfast but it has free parking, whereas the others charge for parking. So the price is really, really about the same.
Do any of these brands have tight standards surrounding mattress quality? Any insights as to which I should choose? Just pick the newest build?

I can recommend the CY Old Town Pasadena, having stayed there twice.

The RI and SHS are an easy walk to downtown Burbank, which has many restaurants and shops. We had a good stay at the RI, but the SHS awards full points for stays.

The CY in Pasadena is nice, but also pricey in terms of parking, plus the traffic on the 5 and 134 can be dicey during rush hour.
I'd probably stay in Burbank.
The CY is in the middle of the huge shopping complex on Empire and closer to Fry's and Costco.
The RI and SHS are closer to the part of Burbank that has more restaurants and night life.
I don't recall much variance in terms of bedding quality/comfort between the three brands.

I would stay in Burbank and I second what most people are saying - basically they are all the same and a 5 minute uber ride from anything in Burbank.
If the full service Marriott is the one near the airport - make sure you look for the second pool that is hidden on the side. Its near the restaurant and kind of cool.

Definitely book your second night at one of the limited-service properties, but I've had really good luck in situations like yours asking at check-in if I could get a second night. A sellout weeks in advance often has rooms available when you're standing there at the front desk. Then, of course, don't forget to cancel your backup reservation before the cut-off time!
