I have two nights in Burbank. One night I am spending at the FS Marriott, but the other night that Marriott is sold out. So I have the choice of:

Courtyard Burbank
Residence Inn Burbank
Springhill Suites Burbank
Courtyard Old Town Pasadena (a bit far but I guess if it's worth it)

Price is about the same. Yes, CY Burbank has no free breakfast but it has free parking, whereas the others charge for parking. So the price is really, really about the same.

Do any of these brands have tight standards surrounding mattress quality? Any insights as to which I should choose? Just pick the newest build?
