Marriott Cool Springs, Franklin, TN, excellent convention site
I just hosted a small (75) person convention at this property. They treated us like royalty!
Everyone, from sales, reservations, catering, front desk, restaurant, concierge, bell staff, housekeeping and waitstaff, was a joy to work with.
Planning the meetings and dinners was an exceptionally easy and painless process.
Food was excellent, both catered and at the restaurant. Every employee was friendly and helpful.
Our twice yearly meetings have been held all over North America. We always go to top rated properties. This Marriott was one of, if not the best, hotels that we have ever used.
