Stay posting issue
I have stayed two 3 night stays at my usual hotel in Atlanta since 1/1 (checking out on 1/9 and 1/15) and neither has posted yet. I'm used to stays posting within 7 days, but these two will complete my MegaBonus and I'm concerned that the first hasn't posted yet. Has anyone else seen a longer than usual delay in getting their stays to post?

Or e-mail a scan of the invoices to Marriott Concierge and explain your concern that they be posted in time to be included in the MegaBonus sweep. Be sure to include your account number.

And I think Marriott should have a 1,000 point compensation for Platinum arrival gift points not posting (after being offered) it's been happening way to often for me.

Just wondering...were you staying as part of a group? As a former Marriott employee, that was the situation that most often caused the delay in points posting...If the "group master" hasn't been checked out yet, the stays won't post. Just FYI.

Stay posting issue
as long as your having your receipt no need to worry.
I had no issues with marriott credits posting this year but have to follow up on almost every spg stay.

I've had 4 separate stays at 4 separate hotels this year and only the most recent one has posted to my account. Very odd. Time to call Marriott guest services.

I called customer service and spoke with a very pleasant lady who informed me that there was a problem with their system that may have effected my stay ending on 1/9. She credited the nights and points while I was on the phone.
I also haven't been getting my folios via email anymore... so, I think there may be a few technical support projects that Marriott is dealing with since 1/1.

Glad to see that it's not just me having this trouble; in my 700 or so lifetime nights with Marriott, I can't ever recall a stay not posting. This year, 3 out of my 4 stays have required manual intervention to post. Each time I call, I am told that my MR number was deleted from the stay at some point. There must be some sort of larger system issue here if others are having this trouble.

You can file a missing stay claim directly with Marriott at marriott.com. Log in and click on contact us, and then choose file a missing stay claim, put down the stay info and upload a copy of your receipt then they will get back to you in a couple of days.

Interesting to hear they had a glitch that particular date, I also checked out of a hotel in ATL (Renaissance Concourse) on January 9th and had to call in to get the stay posted. Usually domestic hotel stays credit for me without issue, but international seems to be a crapshoot.

I just got off the phone with Marriott Rewards customer service; they had to post my 3 missing stays manually. For two of them they couldn't even see any bill data and had to call the hotels. E-Mailed receipts didn't get sent either. All in all it took almost 30 minutes on the phone to get resolved.
It seems clear that they had some sort of computer issue but the rep seemed to be completely unaware of this being a problem for multiple people.
Kinda sad that even United is getting flights posted quicker than Marriott is at the moment.

Ah, so I'm not the only one. Stay posting and e-mailed folios have both been problems
