I have stayed two 3 night stays at my usual hotel in Atlanta since 1/1 (checking out on 1/9 and 1/15) and neither has posted yet. I'm used to stays posting within 7 days, but these two will complete my MegaBonus and I'm concerned that the first hasn't posted yet. I've had an 6 night stay also not post for this month. After waiting 10 days I call MR and they posted it right away while I waited on the phone - I did not event had to fax/email my folio, the rep contacted the hotel's accounting dept and got the folio.

Email the hotel and ask them to correct it. I usually ask for 500 points as compensation for inconvenience caused.
I should start doing that as half of my stays either don't post correctly or don't post at all.
And I think Marriott should have a 1,000 point compensation for Platinum arrival gift points not posting (after being offered) it's been happening way to often for me.
