Just curious if anyone has received their 20k United bonus yet? I have not, so I emailed mileage plus guest services. They said the bonus miles would post 6-8 weeks after the promotion ended on November 30th. So it appears it may be 2-3 more weeks, so please be patient. At least they did acknowledge the program and bonus miles.

It appears you were able to get a 5 night package before with some sweet talking of the rep. Now they are no longer offering it and only available for Marriott Vacation Club Owners.

You have to (and always were supposed to be) an owner of a MVCI week. We get them all of the time. Apparently, some reps were "flexible" on that requirement. It has now been tightened up. I will be ordering one Jan 2 for SWA to get companion pass for two years.

Jan 1 is a Sunday. I don't think Marriott Rewards US customer service is open on a Sunday.

MRUS might be closed on Jan 2nd, as it's a formal holiday in the US since Jan 1 is on a Sunday.

When I booked my package through a UK agent a few weeks ago I was misquoted a lower number of MR points than the 270K I expected. After a bit of fumbling she figured out that she had quoted me the 5-night package. I tried my best with a "oh, is there a 5-night version, can I book that?" but she quickly told me she made a mistake and couldn't book a 5-night package for me.

YMMV but you'd have to be pretty lucky to get it.

My brain is failing as I get old. I thought reservations can order the TP's. MRUS is needed to make changes to them. It's been 6 months since I ordered one, am I wrong?

Im not having any luck today getting someone to book me 7 night package and CP :-). Was told Rewards department is closed until Tuesday as well.
