The unlock offer received: 4,000 Bonus Point after 2 stays.
I only need 1 more stay for the 2nd unlock bonus. I would have appreciated the 2,000 bonus points every two stays, since I have 10 upcoming stays until the end of 2019. I guess my bookings don't require anymore incentive. Hoping for a 3rd unlock.

Are you doing the Hyatt one too? I am paying for double the points and on top of it getting triple staying at a Hyatt Place. I've done 13 stays already got 36k points already. Most of the hotels I have been looking at to redeem are only 5k-8k points.

Checking in to my next stay in 7 hours and they’ve done nothing for me....
oh oh and I think I got scammed out of 3 SNA awards on this next stay too...
I picked large 1 bedroom suite as my choice and it has me in an executive suite which I didn’t pick and sent me an email that my SNA was accepted

Me too, not sure if it is an upsell or just generic. In my case I already had four stays booked, so they would be sensibly offering me more points for more stays... not convinced it will change my behaviour, but let's see. In theory I could hit it switching between hotels in one city, in practice, not sure that's worth 15k points.

Have you clicked on the details? That’s what my promo dashboard looks like, and mine is earn 2,000 after 4 stays and then 2,000 points for every 2 stays after that. It looks like you have a similar stay x to earn y points and then earn y amount of points for every 2 stays afterwards.

another data point -- got 15K after +6 stays. I'm lifetime titanium.
I have had 2 stays since I unlocked my bonus...neither of which will count. I only have 3 stays booked (7 nights), so if I want my bonus, I'll have to do more work! ugh.

My unlock offer was 5k after one more stay. Shrug. Better than nothing I guess. I have 5-6 stays already booked through the end of the year, so not sure how they think are changing behavior with this promo.
