Sounds like they have a database indexing issue - bad/corrupt index or something of that nature since it isn't impacting everyone and since you can manually look up and find an individual reservation. Pretty sad they haven't fixed this... or maybe don't know how :p

The app is currently down too! I can get in but not able to search or see my reservations.

When I go to cancel the old one, it asks if I'm sure. I confirm, and then it cancels the new one instead.

Do you have both old and new reservation open in the browser? The site usually messes up session tracking when two bookings are open at the same time...

I cannot view my reservations on the website... I can view them in the app... I have tried multiple devices and browsers. is this an issue others are still dealing with?

Same here. I can't even look up the reservations by number which is very annoying. Is there a way to add nightly upgrade awards in the app? Because that's the reason I'm trying to access the website specifically.

Yes, click on the bell in the upper right corner of the reservation.

English errors aside, Marriott seems to also be entirely missing the mark with geography:

I made an April 2025 cash reservation yesterday morning and noticed today it wasn't appearing on my list of Upcoming Trips, neither on the website nor in the app. I did receive the email confirmation immediately after I booked.

I tried looking up the reservation on the website, but the feature kept glitching, and no results would return.

Tried looking up the reservation in the app and success! It now appears on my list of upcoming trips in both the app and on the website.

Can't use the Marriott website at all currently...

Application error: a client-side exception has occurred (see the browser console for more information).
Cleared cookies, tried other browsers, different computer. I got it to load to the point where I could try to put my password in once, then it crashed out to the same bogus error. Gotta love Marriott "IT"

I haven't been able to see my reservations on the website in over 3 months.

It's so so so very stupid.
