Another day that "My Trips" pages 2+ cannot be viewed. It has been over 2 weeks. Does Marriott even care?

Same here.

Marriott makes too much money as is. They don't want you to make too many bookings. Too difficult for their IT system to handle. They don't mind you going to other hotels.

It was noted back in post 2062 that Marriott is aware and an internal memo went out... but who knows when/if it will be fixed.

Marriott web support keeps asking me for what the error is. I sent them a screenshot then they said they can't view pictures, only attachments. Then I sent them an attachment and they say they can only see embedded pictures. Then I simply give them the actual message and GUESS WHAT, they ask me to sent them a picture. Its like they are paid by the message. What a joke. I have FOUR pages of upcoming reservations and I can only see 25% of them.

That sounds like Marriott customer reps, on IT problems. At least they didn't send a link for you to reset your password as the standard response.

online check-in refuses to work
 
I received the "It’s Time to Check In" email. It's now about 15 hours before standard check-in time. When I try to do so on the web site, it says:
"You're a bit early! Try again up to 48 hours prior to arrival."

Total waste of time.

Happens to me all the time intermittently - I've learned to read it as "we don't care enough about you, please book elsewhere"..... and I do ;) (paying myself no corporate restrictions)

I am unable to sign in now as well. Literally I thought it could not get any worse. I was wrong.

The member area is greyed out so I can not enter my ID. Crazy!!

I encountered a weird glitch the other day. I made reservations for AC Hotels Riga, 5 paid days followed by 5 reward nights. Got confirmation emails for both.

Today, I noticed that marriott.com only shows one of the reservations. Looking at the confirmation emails, the same reservation number was applied to both bookings! I had to rebook the 5 paid days.

It's been 3 weeks since i filed my "case" with Marriott, and I still can't view "My Trips" in my account past the first page.
I have 4 pages of trips. And I can't view pages 2-4.
These problems only occurred when Marriott made its upgrade.
Does anyone in Marriott even care?

Same problem here.

If Marriott cares, they'd be on this problem. It's not a priority for them, as they got too many bookings and if people cancel, it'll help to lighten their load. I've been cancelling bookings.
