Unable to log in
I'm having some issues logging in - usually if the app is broken, I use the website, but now both are out for me. Anyone else?

Please share in a private message, your full name, Bonvoy account number, a previous stay already posted to your account (hotel name and dates), and your contact email. This will be researched and you will be followed up on, regarding your concerns. |
Marriott's amazing website continues to impress with its inability to function properly: when looking at the directory, there are now 119 Le Méridien hotels listed. Filter the results to show just that brand, and you count 117 listed despite the 119 mentioned. Filter them down to the 7 new mentioned properties, and only 6 come up. No idea how to find the missing straggler.

Made a few bookings and the reservation confirmation screen for each booking, I have noticed that it mentions I'm a Platinum Elite under the Allianz trip insurance ad part, even though I'm a Titanium. Everywhere else on my profile has me listed as Titanium, so just one of those annoyances that has been happening. Happened a few times in the past week as well as for the booking I had in December, although I brushed it off as maybe a one off glitch. I was a Titanium last year as well and my stay in December, the front desk thanked me for being a Platinum, which I didn't think much of, but probably related.

Had a couple instances with making a new reservation, having it return an error page when I get to the final step. But the reservation is actually made and shows up in My Trips.
Actually did a 2nd booking the first time it happened, as I assumed the error page meant the reservation did not go through. |

I just updated my Marriott app on my iPhone and now the app refuses to start and keeps on crashing. Are others having the same issues?
