Website is completely non functioning for me. App as well.

App shows error messages and website always returns 'search with 1 flex day in month' rather than the date range I have been searching. Useless.

AAA says my card is valid and doesn't expire until next year.

So, we're now up to 80+ nights my office has booked at non-Marriott properties this year because the Marriott website was down when we tried to book.

I'm getting this same error now through any desktop browser. My card is valid and doesn't expire for a year. I was able to book through the mobile app (Android) though, and it didn't ask me to verify my card number through the app.

Same. If you log out and make the reservation, it will take the AAA #, tried help desk and they were pretty much useless.

Does anyone have a fix for this issue: ever since Marriott revamped its site, I've only been able to view it in this ghastly perspective whereby the images are small and low-res. It looks essentially like a mobile version spread out over a desktop site size. On my work MacBook running the same iOS, it displays with much bigger, clearer imagery yet my personal MacBook displays it like this.

Help would be appreciated!

I have run into the same issue before. Marriott.com thinks your computer browser is a mobile browser. Trying clearing cache and cookies to start over.

Tried that, no dice. Is there any way to force the browsers to view desktop mode or something?

this is the rubbish response from customer service when I showed them the same error...its Marriott system rejecting the AAA # nothing wrong with the AAA#.

I've been working around this recent problem by using the UK site - Marriott.co.uk.

I got the Stubborn Servers error yesterday...and immediately went over to Hyatt.com to book my next reservation. I didn't have time to mess with it.

I want to use a 40k free night that expires a couple days after a 35k free night. But the website and app only allows me to apply the 35k free night. Any workaround besides calling in to book?

Make a dummy booking first. More in the wikipost of the FNA thread, https://www.flyertalk.com/forum/marr...on-thread.html
