No registration. It was a bookable 1000 bonus point rate (around $270) when I made the reservation. I'm not sure how long it is available or if it is still available. Maybe try calling the hotel if you don't see it.

20+ meeting rooms, 30K sq. ft. of space and capacity for hundreds/thousands, I suppose it's a valid position. It would sure be nice if they put the name in the title to provide some clarity on when PLT guarantees do/don't apply.
When I stayed, I received the snooty attitude usually found at W's. It wouldn't surprise me if they had space available, but denied it just because they could. Online will allow me to book up to 9 rooms in 5 different room types for tonight.
If it weren't so convenient, it wouldn't be somewhere I would choose to stay.

Personally I found the staff very welcoming and accommodating, but as we always say YMMV.

I really would like to know if this hotel is considered a "conference" hotel or not, so hopefully lurker or something can clear that up for us. I do know, however, that the front desk staff needs to be trained on platinum benefits, as both front desk staff I interacted with had no clue that late checkout was a benefit of platinum and had no clue if the hotel was considered a conference center or not.
This Westin is super convenient to DIA and overall very nice. I was surprised that there is virtually no aircraft noise in the room at all (which I don't actually mind being an aviation geek ) It still has that new hotel smell, but is a little sterile and has some of the "I'm too cool for you" attitude that I didn't expect. I really think the restaurant has a bit of work to do as well.

I, unfortunately, didn't have time to call SPG. It appears that the person I spoke with earlier ended up relenting and giving me a 4pm checkout, as it was on my account when I inquired a little later in the day.

This hotel is not listed as a Conference or Convention location.
We have forwarded this issue to the SPG Hotel Coordinators so that they can follow up with the hotel in regard to the 4 PM late check-out benefit.

Had a very pleasant stay here last night. It's all brand new, and is quite upscale -- IMO, certainly worth the 5K point premium to the Aloft (especially since the shuttle to the Aloft can be 20 minutes each way). I didn't notice any noise (though I grew up and still live in large cities, so YMMV).
Breakfast was also great - got a $16 credit at the restaurant downstairs.

Was very surprised to find upon check-in (07/01) that the property has already become a crew hotel for AS and UA.
Also you must go outside to/from airport to access the hotel. Will not be fun in winter.
Otherwise hotel is awesome

Being a Denver resident I never would use the hotel. But on my last trip through DIA I went down and checked it out. I was very surprised at the 40m walk to the hotel in the open air given that they could easily have closed it in. Whole transit station is in the open air as well. What a curious decision by the architects. Any ideas of what they were thinking? I can't think of a single on-site airport hotel or transit center that has this setup in places where temps can be below zero in the winter.

This is definitely a nice addition to the SPG family! Stayed here twice recently, and was upgraded to an Executive Suite the first stay, and a Business Room the second. The suite was a spacious size on the corner/side of the building. A little white/sterile, but in a sci-fi way. Slanted windows was very cool. Did not hear any airplane noise from either of my rooms.
Front desk staff are still on the learning curve. They'll outright lie to you regarding occupancy “we're 100% full tonight so no upgrades” and are confused with rate details. For instance, I booked a Business Room that came with a $20 food credit. Upon checkout, the receptionist said I wasn't eligible for the credit because I was upgraded to a suite. When I got the credit applied, there was confusion regarding whether it was once per stay, or night (it’s per night). The front desk receptionists are pleasant, but hazy on the nuances.
Gym is well equipped and open 24/7. Valet parking is $33/day. Only complaint is the room service. The food quality is literally cafeteria industrial quality. A caesar salad had cheap pale lettuce, tasteless croutons, and some pungent dressing on the side. My burger had a dry hockey puck patty, with a stale bun. On top of that, they charge a 24% service fee. 18% goes to the server, and the other 6% goes towards “non-itemized costs”. Plus the $3 delivery fee. Do yourself a favor and walk to the airport!
All in all, a serious contender for my future stays.

Plat on nearly $350 nightly rate:
Overall, the property exudes "GFY, be happy you got a room." Whoever runs this place clearly is not interested in hospitality whatsoever.
I won't be back.
- 1 person working checkin desk at 9pm, line 7 people deep.
- No upgrade.
- No welcome amenity offered.
- In fact, no welcome offered at all. "Name?"
- "Business Room" is code for "regular room on 10th or 11th floor". Keep that in mind when awards aren't available.
- Shower gel? Pah. Go to the $89 a night Aloft for that.
- Room service: 24% "service fee" PLUS $3 delivery (18% of service fee goes to staff)
- Ordered breakfast, not delivered on time, no apology, "uh, they're behind"

Stayed here a few weeks ago and was very pleased with the property. Being that it's at the airports there are several airlines that stay here and the lobby was swarming with airline crews.
It's a really nice airport hotel and the rooms are standard Westin rooms. I'd recommend a swimsuit as the heated pool/hot tub are nice. The facilities boast floor-to-ceiling windows, and sweeping panoramic views of the Rocky Mountains.
