I'm considering the Westin for a 3nt stay in Feb. for tourist purposes only. It's either the Westin or the G. Hyatt but I want to be able to walk to shopping, etc. and I would like a spa also. I will book a Club room and from what I've read, the club is ok at the Westin-are there decent wine/food offerings in the evening? Thanks.

Hyatt is in a somewhat remote part so you need a cab ride all the time.
Otherwise, the rooms and service are comparable.

Hi guys, I stayed at the Westing previously as a Gold. Booked an Deluxe, got a Deluxe. No biggie.
Now then, as a Plat, what else can I get? Chance of a suite maybe? I know breakfast at the lounge or restaurant is included. Internet included. Anything else?

Yes, but you can have breakfast in the buffet restaurant. Definitely worth it! And make sure you check out the pool and fitness area, even if you don't plan on using them. The pool is one of the nicest I have ever seen inside a hotel.

Was the breakfast in the buffet restaurant (assuming its Aria) complimentary for plats when you used it?
